After purchasing your ticket online, you will receive a confirmation email with directions to download or print your ticket
As tickets are limited, we strongly encourage you to purchase them online ahead of time. If you need to purchase tickets at the event, please visit the ticketing office early on the day of the event. Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of tickets on the day of the event.
Please note that no refunds will be provided for cancellations. However, if you are unable to attend the event and would like to transfer the ownership of your ticket prior to the conference date, please contact [email protected] with the name and email of the previous and new owner. Please be aware that you cannot transfer ownership of the ticket on the day of the event.
If your country requires a visa for entry into Vietnam, you will need to obtain a visa. Please note that at this time only sponsors and speakers will be able to request invitation letters for visa purposes.
There is no specific dress code for the main conference. However, please note that other side events during the week may require a dress code, which will be noted on the organizer’s event page.
It depends on your ticket type. Your ticket can’t include lunch on both days. Additionally, food and beverages may be purchased at various restaurants and cafes within the event venue.

While we would love for everyone to participate, due to the high volume of applicants we receive each year, we unfortunately cannot accept all applicants and must go through an internal selection process for our limited speaking slots. We will carefully review your application and contact you if you are selected.

Yes, the main conference will be wheelchair accessible.
For safety reasons, certain items are not permitted inside the venue. These include any type of weapon, musical instruments such as noisemakers, flammable substances including aerosols and certain liquids, as well as any illegal or illicit substances such as drugs. We ask that all attendees comply with these rules and respect the safety and security of all those attending the event.
